"The property was very nice. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and look recently renovated. The amenities and location were great. We used the casino and arcade, and some of the food service spots on site. The staff inside was not very friendly, from the front desk to others in the casino. Even saw the valet fly off very quickly when parking the car of one of our relatives that also stayed at the hotel. The room was supposed to be non smoking and was very clean, but you could still smell smoke faintly in the room unfortunately."

"Love love love this hotel!! It’s so very beautiful. We reserved 3 rooms for our large extended family- the hotel put us in 4! Without us even asking! The rooms are remodeled and very nice! The property is really gorgeous. We were able to borrow board games for free and they have a pool table that’s also free. Free laundry onsite. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about it at all. Pool is a bit small (compared to other Hilton’s) but we totally enjoyed it and the jacuzzi too! We will definitely be back."

"Parking is very limited, however the staff is very helpful with showing you alternate parking. The rooms are small but clean and the bathroom/shower is even smaller. The location is INCREDIBLE as it is 5 minutes from the lake. The staff is awesome. There aren’t elevators so keep that in mind when you’re packing heavy stuff. They are pet friendly, however there is limited areas for them to go potty."

"The 3 Peaks was a wonderful little place for my stay in South Lake Tahoe. It was well maintained and very cozy. The staff was friendly and happy to help with any questions we had. The location of 3 Peaks is excellent with a short 2 minute walk to a private beach that has access to watercraft rentals as well as a short few minute walk to Heavenly Village and the casinos. I will definitely be returning to the 3 Peaks. Side note: the private beach does require you to get a voucher from your hotel before heading down and there is a fee of $5.00 to enter."
