So convenient to the theatre and central station also light rail close by Rooms are small but well appointed The air con in room 419 was rattling all night That is the only criticism Good for one night

I had a fantastic week in Sydney. The hotel is close to central station and tram, is clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Property was in a great location. Friendly staff. Unfortunately there is only one lift in the hotel and is very slow. Room was quite small but considering it’s in the cbd that’s understandable. Poor review was due to cleanliness. Vents were extremely dusty and was not cleaned for months. Bathroom drain was not cleaned regularly in my 5 nights of stay, it was only cleaned once. My hair was piling up in the bathroom drain. Empty Bottles of water was also not taken out for a few days I was there.

Location is excellent especially if going to Capitol Theatre. The accommodation was excellent in all areas cleanliness, customer service and location. Will definitely stay again. Staff were great and service was excellent.
