Wonderful location for a relaxing vacation

Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

We had a very relaxed check in, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, a delicious breakfast, fine dining in the evening, Pure luxury. Even provided with umbrellas. All together a very delightful stay.

Short bus ride (no. 24) from Luzern station. Open plan - no door to bathroom - very modern.

Absolutely wonderful stay with 2 kids, stunning views, hotel, spa, food, things to do, walks etc, what’s not to like!

Really nice hotel with brilliant location on the lake. Stuff very helpfull.

Great staff, specially Celina at front desk who helped me with milk for little one. Great breakfast menu and big spacious rooms, right opposite train station

The surroundings and views were unbelievable. All staff were so friendly, the hotels areas and rooms were so clean. I did have concerns early on about the availability of water, but they QuickTime re-assured me that the water is safe to drink from the tap. On the last day I found drinking water tap in the reception to use. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is almost perfectly placed, its only a few minutes walk from the train station and piers. The staff were friendly and accommodating and service always with a smile.

We had a four bunk room (2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 10) … room was small (compared to the Schaan Vaduz hostel) but was perfectly adequate for us. Table tennis was a hit! Great location, close to a bus stop with free travel. Great breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we’re in Lucerne.

We had a fun time staying in a cell. The staff were very helpful with information about tourist attractions and booked a trip for us to visit mount Pilatus.

Reception staff very helpful and polite. Answered questions about the city and ensured we were happy with all the hotel details.
