"We had a balcony room which had a reasonable view and gave some outdoor space. Everything was fine with the room. A little basic but everything which was needed. I feel the hotel could have been more helpful on check in. We arrived about 12 and left our bags and then came back just before 3. At 2:50pm apparently the room still wasn’t ready which was disappointing as they knew we were already in the town. We waited in the lobby and then after a number of other people had checked in asked again and it was ready. I was just surprised by the way this was handled."
