"First off, the staff was exceedingly friendly, professional, kind and very pleasant. We were received with a warm and friendly smile. The check-in process was very easy with no surprises. The property was a very short and easy walk from the ferry drop off point, and it was very clean and well maintained. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake, which made it very special. Our room was clean and very spacious. It was very obvious that the entire staff cared about what you care about. The breakfast was VERY good with no shortage of items to eat. You can eat in the breakfast area, or you can eat outside in the terrace area overlooking the lake. The view of the Alps from our balcony was stunning; postcard like. We will definitely return for another visit because of how awesome our stay was. Do not be afraid about staying here because you will not be disappointed. A “gem” for sure."
