"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Lucerne, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was unbelievably sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even helping us coordinate public transportation. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations with a variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop bar—breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind. A special shoutout to Tommy! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience for us. He went above and beyond in every way. We would definitely stay here again. "Check in was welcoming and efficient. We even got a glass of prosecco. Had a great meal in the hotel bar. Free mini bar was a great surprise. Awesome view from our balcony. Staff was top notch."

"The room was not huge but it was perfectly designed, with a sitting area, cozy bed niche, and balcony. The decor was lovely. The staff were very helpful at all times. The real treat however was the restaurant — upscale but well worth it, with excellent service and a menu tailored to entertain as well as satisfy. Again, the staff were perfect: friendly, efficient, thoughtful. The location, across from a tram/train hub, is probably the best aspect. Airport in 20 minutes!"
