"The hotel was lovely and in a great location within short walking distance of the train station and other transport links. the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the toilet because it did not have a sink and we found it inconvenient having to use the bathroom to wash our hands especially in the middle of the night but I think that it is quite common for toilets in Switzerland not to have a sink. However, I would recommend...

"Where do I start. We had booked for two nights but got hit with an incredible, once in a century, snowstorm. This led to nearly 2 days of no electricity and three days of no trains leading to us needing to stay four nights instead. I can’t praise the management and staff enough for the care, service and hospitality they showered on us. What could have been a nightmare turned in to an unforgettable experience and we can’t thank them enough. "
