"Room was spacious and clean, all staff were polite. Breakfast was great but we saw other guests using the serving spoon to smell the food, very close to their nose and mouth, and sneezed into the food. The staff also swept the floor constantly, not sure if the dirt from the floor is circulated up into the air. Would a vacuum cleaner is less dusty? Check in we had to wait 30mins for the room to be ready even thought we arrived at 4:30pm."

Plus point is that Let's Relax Spa is at the ground floor and is open till late for us to squeeze in a massage or facial anytime we want. The location allows a smoother flow of traffic, while still near all major malls. Love this hotel!"

"Bit outdated but very clean. Comfy beds, air con and decent shower although wouldn’t be so good for a rotund person as not much room for manoeuvring. Breakfast had great deal of things to choose from but not all nice for my personal choice. 7-eleven on bottom floor so able get plenty snacks. Staff all polite, professional and friendly. "
