"Rooms were clean and amenities were excellent. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, the buggy service provided to Siam Paragon was convenient. "

"Staff attempted to change my room from a 2 bed to 1 bed. The audacity of them to not communicate this to me in advance was not acceptable. It was if I was pulling teeth in order for them to satisfy my reservation. Overall 2/5. I’m 100% sure there are better hotels and also in a better location. "

"My usual Bangkok hotel. Not the best in Bangkok but far from the worse. Reliable, safe, clean place with good wifi and aircon. Decent breakfast if you chose to add it. Very helpful staff and, for me, a good location. One tip: if your having breakfast, get there early before the "gannets" arrive. It can get very busy 08:00 onwards."
