Rooms are very good in size. Check in was a breeze. You get complementary water every day and also you get a coupon for free ice cream soda and popcorn when you have them not changing the sheets. Close to shopping mall and good restaurants.

The breakfast had a good variety. The hotel is a little outdated; however, the location makes up for that. Swimming pool was nice and we went swimming a couple of times. The lady who was working the tours desk was friendly and helpful, but she was not pushy while selling the tours.

This was a great hotel in a sweet location, very convenient to get around the city, with a 7-11, an ATM and 2 massage places at the corner, a Rock Club across the street, and a fabulous Thai restaurant within a close walk (Ole). The only issue was the weak internet - it was very hard to maintain a stable connection for the TV or laptop, and the pool could have been a few degrees cooler. The rooms were large suites though, the food was amazing, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again!

very convenient location, just a few minutes walk to BTS station. within 10 mins walk to a shopping mall. Juat a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance as its 20 to 30m inside a lane. the condition of the hotel is not really well maintained, but it's fine for me for a couple of nights' stay. the family suite is good it for family with kids. we have 3 adults 3 kids, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms twin bed is good enough.

The family room was OK. What was disappointing was there was NO internet for us to watch movies or programs on TV. Channels were not clear due to poor signals. Nice View and Clean Rooms
I loved the view of the hotel, the room was clean and they allowed me to leave my luggage for the day after I checked out. They have a variety of breakfast options. Didn't like the juice options too much. It has a pool and gym but did not use. Great location and the sky train station is near by. What I didn't like is the street to get there smelled like sewer.
