"the hotel is not as advertised in the photos. i would not recommend staying here. the staff was friendly however."

"Well located to Skytrain to Access Van sights. Furniture is banged up, hot tub jets don’t work. A thousand kids in pool. Resort fees charged but no enjoyment due to a thousand kids and moms using all the space and screaming. Mattress sinks in and hurts your back. Way overpriced for what you get. When asked for compensation for resort fees only took off one days fees so little to know compensation. No sanitizer in stations. Best thing was the Story Cafe across the street. Best restaurant I’ve been to in a very long time."

"Overall it was good hotel - great location, friendly people - but some of the rooms are still in need of a little tlc. The mattress in our room needs replacing - it sagged in the middle. The bathroom fan didn't work - so a shower really steamed up the place. Some hooks to hang clothes/coats would have been helpful - instead we had to put everything in the bathroom -which was regularly steamy. "

"Floorboards were separating in a few spots, and the AC didn’t have a night mode, but everything else was fine. The place was quiet, the staff were nice, and it was clean."
