Lots of shops, we parked in streets opposite, just juggled times and streets with street cleaninh days.. didnt havr breakfast as $25 a day each i believe. Lovely to have pool and be central though"

"The Hollywood Roosevelt is very centrally located in an extremely touristy area. Despite being right in the mix of all things Hollywood, it was extremely quiet and relaxing in the hotel. The pool area is a wonderful urban oasis and is worth spending at least a half day there. We loved relaxing at the pool between our morning and late afternoon outings."

"The parking went up by half from the year prior, it would have been nice to reduce the cost of parking since we are already staying with the location. 20 dollars or less is more reasonable. "

"Noisy aircon Room noisy - 110 is right by the front door and you can hear all the conversations with the people in the check in machine. Woken by police as there was a break in and theft from a room. Every word of the interview outside my room. Emailed hotel twice as concerned about safety …. No reply ! Location perfect as so close to subway. Was cheap …. But not worth it if it’s not safe and secure! Lack of people on site not a problem - but they did not seem bothered when I was really concerned and that’s really poor service."
