"Spa was nice a little busy but not overwhelming. Bar staff could show a lot more courtesy and some general hospitality. We were left just standing at the bar for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged until one of the waitress came off the floor to take our order, felt slightly uncomfortable like we weren’t welcome. "I had really bad experience to stay there. One of the things I don't understand why they took away room phone. You can get room service at all. You can not contact front desk from your room at all. Really bad idea. Room was not clean. room was cold. We have been offered a heater but out of power right after I plugged in."
