"One night stay. Our primary reason for staying there was the low rate AND there is no pet fee (most of the other guests we saw also had dogs with them). The receptionist was very nice. The room was super basic, and the entire property could use upgrading, but we knew what to expect. TV worked, wi-fi was ok, fridge was cold."

Not too much in the immediate vicinity . We drive to Norfolk for the naval cruise which was about a half hour away and then Virginia beach another half hour from Norfolk
