Excellent customer service. Superb facilities

The Oceans Edge is an incredible resort. I was a little wary of staying on Stock Island instead of downtown Key West itself, however when I saw the tropical gates of the hotel all of my concerns were blown away. Hotel is modern and clean in a great location. We had room 40A which had great views of the Gulf. The room was spacious and well appointed. Only small complaint was that the water pressure could have been better on the shower.

We stayed here for a single night, having driven down from Miami on the Overseas Highway. The hotel is in a great quiet area just a couple of blocks' walk from the main part of the old town. There is occasionally on-street parking available outside, you just have to be lucky but we parked overnight in a nearby outdoor car park at an old church for $15 (cash only) The hotel is in great condition, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. This property is a gem. Very friendly and welcoming host who couldn't do enough to ensure we were welcome and enjoyed our staff. The room was spotlessly clean, the free continental breakfast and free water, tea and coffee and sun supplies were the icing on the cake. Within easy walking distance of everything the historic old town has to offer. Cant recommend this highly enough and will definitely recommend to all our friends and family

This property is full of history and character. The staff helpful and friendly. Not a problem for us but there is no lift/elevator, they offered to take our bags to our room which was on the top floor (UK 2nd/US 3rd). Self serve breakfast provided which was great - plenty of options; fresh fruit, yoghurts, bagels, juice, cereal, pastries. Chilled bottled water available all day. Gorgeous place, I wish I had longer to stay than just the night!

Unfortunately our first room was a disaster however the next day the GM immediately apologised and offered a superior room which was a delight. In general the staff were helpful and accommodating.

Rooms were very small book a suite

We booked 2 rooms right next to each other with parking each right out front. We loved our room, thank you. It was spacious & clean! We had a terrace outside with a hammock which was lovely. We enjoyed the lovely complimentary breakfast and the pool area was very relaxing! We enjoyed The Stoned Crab restaurant and bar. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Perfect location for everything in Key West.

Amazing hotel ! Checked in by Jodi who was so friendly & helpful. Hotel is worth every penny room has everything you need in it, spacious & very clean. Breakfast was good, location very good only a short walk into town. Checked out by Lokesh who was also very helpful & friendly. Both staff members we encountered are a credit to the hotel !

Rooms were clean, changed towels every day. Breakfast was good, nice selection of meats, cheeses, fruit etc. We only ate lunch once at the Bungalow Bar and what we had was very nice, Bar Staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The grounds of this Historic property are very peaceful and its not too far away from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. All in all I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
