"Great location. Easy to walk to everything. Quiet area. Parking is not easy as we had to park 3 blocks away. Staff was fabulous! Continental breakfast was good. This was an old house that was converted. The A/C in the room works very hard but is too small for room size. "

The room was older but kept in immaculaye clean lines - loved the tall ceilings and extra wood work on the walls . The pool and thick mattress lounge chaira were perfect for taking in some sun. The location to all of Key West was perfect . We had a great time"

"Before we arrived, we called to verify our reservations. Morgan at the reception office was very helpful and friendly. Our room was small, but it was fine for the two of us. We were barely there anyway. The room was clean and every member of the staff was so nice. The breakfast was adequate and the wine and cheese happy hour was a nice touch. For being only a half block away from Duval Street, we never heard any noise or activity. It was a quaint little spot that worked for us."
