"The name says it all Not Your Average Hotel. Some staff were 10 out of 10... and well some -10. The place needs a full reno, and honestly unsafe. The stairs and railings 100% are down right dangerous..the rooms are garbage at best. Security is non existent. Glass bottles all around pools and hot tubs.. It is about on the same level as back packing hostel.. Staff does not clean up or put things away... Will not recommend or stay at again.. "

"Beautiful scenery. Staff was very helpful. Accommodations were great. Couple massage was amazing. Food and drinks at restaurant and bar were delicious. Close walking distance to downtown shops and water activities. Nice place for a getaway. "

"Great location. Fair price for the small attic room. Wine and cheese complementary during happy hour. Basic breakfast. Water and coffee at all times. Close to Duval Street. The front desk was frequently unstaffed and less than friendly when staffed. "
