"I had a 12-hour layover in Vancouver before a 16-hour trip late in the evening. Hotel was very accommodating to get me in early, and I checked out around 8pm. They could have had me wait till 3 pm but took care of me. Harry at the front desk was super helpful. Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Hotel was very nice, even a nice Restaurant. Shuttle service was good. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

Breakfast was mediocre, but it's a free hotel breakfast, so I wasn't expecting a 5-star dining experience. I would stay here again for easy access to the Olympic Oval, great dining, and a good overall experience. Nothing fancy, but a good stay. "
