"The room was very clean and roomy for our family of 4, however the room was very stuffy and got hot fast the ac was on but took a long time. There is no fan in the bathroom so we showered with the door cracked so it didn’t get too steamy. I recommend bringing a fan. The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing after a long day at universal studios. The breakfast was different every day and had a great variety. Staff was friendly and helpful and the bed were very comfortable. We will be staying here again for our next trip to universal."
