"Room was dirty. Cigarette butts in corners of the room. Clraning staff left bags of garbage and old linen from orevious guest in the hall right outside our door for over 24 hours, we had to love it because the wind was blowing and bags were very loud.Trash in the pull out couch. Bathroom was so old and the floor was lifting. Main lights in the bedroom and living room didnt work. Doors dont seal so little bugs get in. Tv screen in living room was broken. Only good thing about this property is the beach. Will never stay again. Front desk staff wasnt helpful."

"Clean and very pleasant! Had the pool to ourselves. Pool across the road at the sister property was great with a tiki bar and beach access all included! Had a great time!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Plaza Beach Resort. It was clean and had tons of storage space, comfortable bed, cute retro decor, ceiling fan, hot shower, large refrigerator, right on the beautiful white sand beach. It was only about a block away from the Sunrunner bus stop so public transportation is easy. It was perfect for our first trip to St Pete's Beach. "

"Our stay at Rumfish was awesome! Our room was very clean and newly renovated. We were right outside one of the pools and the hot tub which was a bonus. Loved that the room key was actually a wristband, that was super handy. Being steps from the beach was our main reason for booking and having beach loungers provided was the best. We didn’t have to worry about getting up at the crack of dawn to fight the crowds in order to get spots either, there was more than plenty of for all the guests who were on the beach. There are beach umbrellas available also but unfortunately it was windy while we were there so they took them down which was a bummer because the sun still got pretty hot. There were plenty of activities and dining options so you don’t even have to leave the resort once you check in. My only slight complaint is that when we checked in none of the amenities were explained to us or how to access them. For instance, it says there are paddle boats, nobody said what or where the boats were or while we were lounging on the beach I noticed another guest had a drink being delivered to her from one of the bars, didn’t know that was an option or how we could order a drink to be delivered to us on the beach like that. Besides that our stay was great and we would definitely book again! "

"Family friendly, great beach, lots to do for all ages, staff are great, clean property. Worth getting a gulf view to have coffee overlooking the beach. Nice kitchen in room, good pools, lots of kids so if you are looking for a quiet place, this isn’t it! Nice gym. Beach is gorgeous with umbrellas and chairs free for guests. Big water slide for guests to use on the beach. Negatives: No cash use so every machine defaults to a 20% tip. Your teen gets dipping dots for $7 themselves and the person expects a 20% tip. It gets really old after a week. You go and get something yourself and the person expects a tip. There are a few buttons to figure out how to leave zero but the person watches you and it’s uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a perfect time there! It’s a great place with a kid. "

"Overall I enjoyed my stay. The bathrooms could used an upgrade. Mines was very small with an outdated shower. Love the easy access to the beach"

"Everything was perfect! The Beach view room with huge balcony, the beach chairs and umbrella, the pool and pool bar. We especially loved the Strawberry daiquiris from the pool bar and Quesadillas. The ENTIRE STAFF was Fabulous from the front desk, bar, beach and housekeeping. "
