"Cafe Robey was delicious and ensured that my breakfast was gluten free (I have Celiac Disease). All of the staff between the valet, front desk, employees in Cafe Robey, staff upstairs at the rooftop bar, and the pool were all very friendly and helpful."

"Everything about this hotel is great, extremely clean rooms, excellent amenities, and very friendly staff. It's a wonderful spot for sports lovers, though there are a few minor drawbacks. The outdoor pool is usually full of families and children, so don't expect to swim laps easily. The gym is spotless and packed with equipment, but just a heads-up for anyone doing weightlifting: they don't seem to allow lifting chalk. Also, the soundproofing between the rooms and the gym is a bit weak, which might bother light sleepers. Still a great stay overall!"

"Rooms and hallway were humid. Floor 16 needs one of those fans to pull the moisture out of the air because the rooms close to the pool felt damp. Other than that, stay was pleasant. Close to many things and easy to walk to."

"While amenities and being up to date are important, my main focus for a hotel is it’s cleanliness and how comfortable is the bed since I’ve stayed many places that while nice, if the bed is uncomfortable can ruin your stay. Our room at Omni was clean and comfortable. There were a few things that looked a little tired and could use updating but overall we had a good sleep and were refreshed for the next day."

"The room was very clean and updated. Had everything we needed. Community kitchen was clean and convenient. The location was perfect for food, transportation and proximity to Wrigley Field. Only downside was music from downstairs bar on Friday and Saturday nights. Tylenol PM and earplugs took care if that. Would definitely stay again. Appreciated all the communication beforehand regarding parking and check in."
