"Son and I just needed a place to stay. Our 4 day trip to the BHofF and back. This was day 2. We were winging the second half. And we had a blast. Anyway, place is awesome. Old style, all wood, big beautiful lake house overlooking the lake. And we arrived at sunset. It was beautiful. Upstairs has been turned into great bnb style rooms. As expected a little cramped for two of us, bathroom was small for us but again i expected it. We loved the place, no worries. Only issue was extremely touchy hot water. But running plumbing everywhere in an older building has its issues. So no big deal. Place and area is great. I am putting it as a stop with my wife for a quick three or four day weekend vacation. And then ill actually enjoy more of what the Lake House and area offers non baseball wise . "

"We were in town for Cooperstown dreams park and decided to stay here. I can say this has been one of the most relaxing stays we’ve had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony lake view and spent so much time out there. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area."
