"Check was easy and quick, and the staff were easy going and courteous. The room was clean and well lit. Bathroom was clean and everything worked like it should. The price was great and it's within walking distance of plenty of stores. "

"Earlier this month, I received a 24 hours to vacate notice unexpectedly. This caused me great anxiety and little time to move all my belongings. No where for my dog or me to go. Initially I had stayed at a different hotel in town before arriving here. I didn't think the previous hotel was terrible but holy cow am I happy I gave this place a shot. America's Best Value is by far superior. Great price! The room size is livable. I've been here for a couple weeks now Both the rooms and the common areas are clean. Hot water for days! Then there's the staff. Every staff member I've talked to has been remarkably kind, personable, and helpful. As a single female traveling alone as I try to get out from under an eviction- I could not be more appreciative of the relief I have had to feel safe here. I accredit that to the staff members themselves, and for the effort they put into making sure you have a great stay here."
