"The staff at check in and the staff in general were friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. Enjoyed the new coffee machine. The workout room was nice. The room we were in the bathroom door swung into the way of the main room door. The A/C wasn’t functioning properly. The hot tub jets weren’t functioning. "

"Hotel and staff were great. Charging $30 for parking is ridiculous, especially when the signs for public parking in that same lot is like $6. No excuse for charging $30 just to park. That alone will keep me from coming back."

I did not however appreciate having to pay $40 to park on site, or drive 2 blocks and pay $15 for public parking ramp. I also did not appreciate paying $15 per person for a slightly upgraded continental breakfast."

"The hallway carpeting smelled. Our sink was cracked. We did not have either water cups in bathroom or coffee cups in bedroom. No face towels even after request. The toilet didn't flush, had to call for plumber."
