Didn’t expect a two floor property not to have an elevator. I’ll go with that all of the first floor rooms were occupied. Or at least letting our senior age appearance be an indicator of prior knowledge before climbing up the stairs with our luggage. It was too late & also being tired to go back to the front desk to discuss. Also, the A/C was just loud...
