Excellent location, excellent hosts, excellent place to stay

Amazing

Lovely place to stay over Christmas. Can’t believe that cleaners came to tidy in Christmas Day. Beautiful apartment. Bedrooms amazing

Great place to stay friendly and food lovely one minor issue was the heavinesses of the duvet too hot for conditions as we had good weather

Clean, modern accomodation. Comfy bed. Nice and quiet. Slept very well.

An excellent hotel with character, class, and great service. I can understand why The Balmoral Hotel is such a famous place to stay when visiting Edinburgh.

Excellent stay. Lovely farmland around the property. Easy to access lots or villages on the coast.

Fantastic room and service, well presented and adapted to the government’s pandemic guidelines. Jessica was incredibly welcoming and clearly loves her work. We just wish we’d stayed longer.

The property location is stunning right on the Elie Beach. Staff were excellent and friendly and the food was fabulous. Will definitely return.

Having stayed at the Hotel over the years we were aware, this time that the dining arrangements are now so expensive as to make one of the restaurants not somewhere we would wish to eat . Other than that the hotel is still somewhere we would happily recommend for position, comfort and the amazing staff

The staff are exceptionally good and friendly

Perfect location, great room, friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Would recommend without hesitation

I have never stayed at this hotel before and I will 100% be returning. Super clean, fantastic finish and the bed sheets were so soft! Couldn’t fault a single thing. We stayed on a Saturday night (on floor 9) and you could hear a tiny bit of noise from local streets but did not disturb our sleep one bit. All staff were super friendly too. Fab location too. Thank you so much.

Great stay and dog friendly.

Loved this hotel, decor lovely, bed so comfy. Food really good.
