"I reserved a king suite so we would have the couch. When I checked in I went up to run 428 it did not have the couch it was not a suite it was a regular King room. I called the front desk she then gave me keys to room 438 as it said on the envelope. I went upstairs tried to open the door to 438 and the keys wouldn’t work so I had to go back down to the front desk. She then said sorry it’s 434 and redid the keys and gave them back to me. I went up to room 434 it was also not a King suite. I was done it shouldn’t take an hour to get in my room I just left it be."

"First room had no working AC and smelt very weird, staff gave a different room and the next room had water damage all over the walls, shower had mole or mildew in corners and edges. AC doesn’t really get cold either. Staff was good though."
