Expecting a Radddison experience… I was dismayed to find a travel lodge box… thanks goes to reception on evening shift who “upgraded” me… Just felt conned. "Pretty basic with absolutely no atmosphere. Staff were unhelpful and at times rude. Rooms (we had two) were clean but dated. Buffet dinner was ok, but I suffered from an upset stomach. Wouldn't recommend this hotel having stayed at the Protea (a MUCH nicer, welll decorated, modern hotel) for the same price on our return. "
