"Heated pool was great. Spa closed all four days. Bar closed while stay. Breakfast closed one of the three mornings we stayed. Other days there was limited menu offered. Then they were out of the of following items: eggs, ham, avacado, pancakes, biscuits, gravy, French toast. I payed extra for the breakfast through Hotels.com, then was charged again by the hotel. Only one friendly staff member during the entire stay. "
