The room was a good size Location is excellent. Nice coffee shop attached to the hotel and the bar staff did amazing cocktails. Very pleasant start, would definitely book again if I visit Toronto.

The airport shuttle comes if you call them from the airport and everything about the hotel is absolutely fantastic actually and the breakfast is surprisingly fantastic My one reservation is some of the reception staff seemed very unhappy. I think they need to treat them better probably by management.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and in good condition. Very close to major attractions, station, harbour and tram stop right outside takes you anywhere else.

The Union Hotel is in a perfect location to visit the CN tower, Ripleys Aquarium, the railway museum, restaurants, etc. it’s also only a 5 minute walk from Union railway station for trains to the airport. The hotel is well appointed, very nice inside, felt safe and secure, and had good amenities. The toilets off the reception area can only be accessed by car key and were very clean. Staff were welcoming, and very helpful. Room was big and clean and anything we needed was catered for straight away. Overall lovely stay and would definitely book again.
