"Nice room"

"This beautiful one bedroom was exceptional. I enjoy my stay. It was clean AC both in the bedroom and living room. the apartment set up really elegant. I enjoy my stay and I will definitely stay again when I come back to Jamaica , thanks to the host. She was great. Good job. "

"Great value, price is great for the location. Room was technically clean, but really neglected on maintenance (think chips/breaks in furniture, fixtures, paint). Bathroom was pretty unappealing. No breakfast, no pool. The staff we encountered were all very friendly."

"Decent hotel with a convenient free airport shuttle service and friendly staff. Our room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed, and came with a good breakfast. The hotel is tired around the edges, but still remains a good option when overnighting at Pearson (especially when considering the demented prices charged by some airport hotels). "

"Clean and very comfortable rooms, very convenient location near a subway station, lots of restaurants nearby, including an excellent one right in the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, there's a pool, a bar/lounge area, a gift shop right in the hotel lobby. Highly recommended!"

"Run down, not clean, AC not working well 65 degrees and room was warm, outlet not working for coffee but the one in the bathroom did, Was told upon check in that no room service would be available the next day (2 night stay) but if I needed something to let them know, was told if they knew I had asthma (complained about breathing difficulty in the first room they gave me) they would have given the room a really good cleaning, had difficulty opening the shower and front desk advised that I pull really hard (never in 30 years have I had an issue turning on a shower), peeling wallpaper. I walked out after one night (the next morning) and paid $50 for breakfast at another hotel instead of making use of the free breakfast. I had enough."

"Place was immaculate. Very clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would stay here again."

"I was really hoping this place was going to be a gem that it cosplayed. Unfortunately our group was disappointed at many levels. Poor customerservice, hard to reach staff, washrooms, backing up, and being reprimanded for bringing coffee from the outside to finish it in the lobby after a long walk. I can go on, but I think the simplest dancer is we will likely be avoiding this place."
