This property is a hidden gem. We absolutely loved it. The only downside is that when enquiring about the spa there was no massage services which would have been a bonus. Will definitely be staying again

We were in modern extension. My husband was aware of the trams passing including at night. I was not. Perhaps not good for a light sleeper. Spa lovely. 5 year old was wonderfully welcomed by all staff.

The hotel offers a very high level of service. It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. We stayed 3 nights here to celebrate our anniversary. When checking in we were surprised to find that they had upgraded our room! We stayed in the junior suite, great space, stylish and most comfortable. We spoiled ourselves with room service, which was most efficient, and a spa treatment (a must for anyone staying here, but book early as time slots can be hard to come by). The location of the hotel is good and safe. But the hardware needs to be further improved, eg the room could be noisy at night when tram passed by even when all windows were closed. One of the keycards could not be used to control the lift or open the room door.

This is a hotel with an extraordinary history. Its link with Giuseppe Verdi is completely unique. It is also just a few minutes walk from Teatro alla Scala. Everything about this hotel is completely wonderful; the food, the staff, the rooms and restaurants.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff.

The apartments are less than 5 minutes walk from Duomo Piazza, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and La Scala. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area we tried the restaurants in a square near to the apartments all of which provided very good food at a reasonable price.

The hotel had very good facilities and was pleasing and in location where it is easy to get to the city centre. With one of our group being a child with severe #foodallergy to multiple foods; we have had avaryong experiences before. We let this hotel know via eamil, were asked to confirm this at check-in and staff (both Reception and catering) were well-informed, seemed to have procedures in place and were able to make in-hotel dining and room-service as safe as possible (ie, reduced risks). ...

This was a great find. Not too expensive but excellent in all respects. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful luxury weekend. The hotel's bigger strength is the quality of the service. All staff without fail were warm, welcoming, and unpretentious. I was alone for part of the weekend, and was made to feel very relaxed and welcome as a lone female diner in the restaurant and at the bar before the rest of my party arrived. The hotel is perfect for all, including singe travellers, families, couples. Highly recommended.
