The staff is very friendly and helpful. The buffet at breakfast is good. The pastries and bread are delicious. The bar has a limited selection of alcoholic beverages. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable for a small stay. It has a shuttle to the airport, but if you arrive in the morning and ask for transportation, they do not have one. The airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport starts in the morning, but does not pick up passengers from the airport to the hotel. It's only for...

Well located hotel with comfortable rooms and an elaborate breakfast spread.

It's a good and simple place to stay if you are looking to stay around the IFEMA. You can call a taxi which will take you to the IFEMA in 5-10 minutes. It is also 5-10 minutes taxi to the Atletico Madrid's stadium if you are looking to catch a game. Around the hotel there are convenient stores, some small diners, a Burger King, and a super market which is 5 minutes walk away. The subway station is also 5 minutes walk away which will take you to Gran Via in around 20-30 minutes.

Really beautiful hotel in an area that's easy to get around the city. The food and service in the hotel restaurant is brilliant and there's an exceptional guest experience manager called Belen who helped to make my sister's 30th birthday celebrations extra special. A very BIG muchas gracias! I'd highly recommend staying here.

The staff were amazing

The staff and service on the rooftop were great, really enjoyed the views and late night drinks. Very reasonable! We just had a basic room but was still a good size, very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. It is a quieter area of madrid, but still a lot of options right on the doorstep, a lovely bakery for breakfast just on the corner of the...

Excellent experience, we will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Madrid. You could tell that the management pays significant attention to detail - from the Dyson hairdryer to the local lavender candy. The breakfast was a good spread too, highly recommend!

Large room, very clean and comfortable in an area with many bars and restaurants to choose from.

Great hotel great location near bars and restaurants and bernabeu

The hotel and it’s location was great. But Expedia were very unhelpful in changing the booking duration - their systems did not support this. So the only negative was with Expedia

Great location, most sites walkable. Friendly staff. Great showers.
