Fantastic stay, warm welcome from the staff, room was clean, sofa bed easy to set up with fresh sheets in place. The gym is amazing.

The property was in a good location and had a great harbour view. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a beautiful resort on a small island between Vancouver and Vancouver Island. It inhabits a peaceful bay with lovely facilities. You do need some form of transportation to get around the Island and we had a hire car for that purpose. But the accommodation, the staff, the location and the experience were all top rate.

The property was completely refurbished and reopened in April 2026. A very high standard specification, with warm coastal decor in guest rooms and public spaces. Would recommend.

Brian on the desk made us feel very welcome and gave us a great introduction to the hotel. This boutique hotel had so many pleasing extras that i havn't seen before in any hotel in my extensive travels.... Doubt whether i will be back in Vancouver Island but if i was then Sidney and the Beacon Inn would be my first choice and i would strongly recommend. Beacon Brewing down the street was an added bonus........

Brilliant stay, every detail has been thought about. Bed was super comfy; airport transfer couldn't have been easier; breakfast amazing. Perfect stopover for the airport or cruise ships - and great to support local business people as we come out of the pandemic.

Hotel room was beyond my expectations - what an incredible view from the bedroom window as well! Jetted tub and rainfall shower were highlights. I could imagine this as a cosy get away in the winter where the fire place would add to the ambience (definitely not needed for my summer stay). Breakfast was superb, staff was friendly and Kaeden was welcoming for both the check in and check out. I was able to relax at the pool until time to depart for a late afternoon ferry. 3 night stay of s longer trip, best room we’ve stayed in, with everything you need and walkable into town and beach with great little shops and brewery etc …

It's a basic hotel chain, but it very clean very helpful staff, quiet room no kettle for tea though, but microwave and fridge & good sized room
