"The luggage cart was a bit unmanageable around the corners. A possible upgrade to those would have made the trip more pleasant. Overall, the staff seemed less personable. My only interaction was at check out. Hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Gym appeared adequate. I couldn't tell where I could access the courtyard towards the back of the hotel. Siganage or staff to help would have been appreciated as it was a beautiful October weather. Warm in the 80s those few days. The courtyard was stunning."

"We stayed on the 30th floor. The elevators worked great, parking was easy even with construction going on around the hotel, and the ESPN restaurant was our favorite. As far as gambling goes, we did not win but had a good time. "

"Our room was clean and comfortable! I saw people complaining of street noise, I was on the 4th floor and the only noise I would occasionally hear is if someone was REALLY revving their engine on purpose, slept great, bed was comfy, walking distance to most things downtown"

"The room was perfect on the 8th floor amazing view very spacious double beds felt like sleeping on a cloud very comfortable, quiet and clean the whirlpool tubs 🛁 was all that. Parking easy and the Bellman Anthony was courteous helpful and friendly he delivered Great Service. Sisters celebrating our Life day 🎶❤️Great Concert and Comedy Show @The SoundBoard"
