The hotel was amazing. We were on the 11th floor. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was large and the bathroom clean and spacious. Complementary tea and coffee in the room as well as a tap with filtered water. The service always exceptional. As Expedia customers, we got access to the Executive Club with free drinks, afternoon tea and evening snacks.

Overall an excellent stay. A problem with the original room at check in was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. The breakfasts were plentiful, with a vast choice and a highlight. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent too. The hotel location was ideal, walkable to the Marina bay sands area, Raffles hotel and several shopping centre.

The hotel was nice but our hotel stay was made amazing by Ying Zi Shang of the concierge team. She was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to, if I wanted to discuss my plans for the day. Our hotel stay would not have been the same without her.

Every year I come to Singapore I always question moving out from the city to the island for a few days ……. But once there I am reminded why I and my best friend (who meet from opposite sides of the globe) love to come to Sentosa . The staff were great but a particular shout out to Maha who was incredibly helpful when our check in was delayed and checked in with us repeatedly during our stay . Shangri La is in a beautiful secluded spot and the pool and beach are unsurpassed in Singapore . Thank...

Quiet and relaxing if you wanted and good attractions in the area for families and Kids.

Clean rooms, excellent staff and a brilliant pool

A beautiful resort with friendly staff. It is slightly out of the way, but taxis in Singapore are very inexpensive so that was not a problem. Overall, the staff have been well trained and go out of their way to assist you. The only slight problem is with room service who try hard to please, but have difficulty understanding English.

We have stayed multiple times in various hotels in Singapore (including some fancy central city hotels), but this is the first time I've felt, wow - I want to come back here. Peaceful, great pool and facilities, excellent breakfast - great views of marina. Not in the thick of things if you are looking for that, but easy enough to get to city centre or other parts of Santosa Is by shuttle or taxi if you want. For us - perfect spot for relaxing to break flight from UK to New Zealand.

We had an amazing time at the Amara Sanctuary Resort! All of the staff were amazing - Jennifer, Rachel, Sarah, Abel, Bryan & Shazriena, to name some of them…apologies if I’ve forgotten to put a name down! As I said, all of the staff were amazing & nothing was too much. They all went out of their way daily, to ensure that we had an amazing stay, at the resort. All of the staff are a credit to the Amara Sanctuary Resort…& they deserve a pay rise/bonus for this!

Great hotel in a good location. Everything you need is in and around the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful too. I will be staying there again the future. Thanks.

Always good to return to The Stamford, it's my favourite hotel for the Singapore F1 GP. Good facilities, the Skai Bar and restaurant are very good, with excellent views across the city. The room was spacious, good balcony. Only minor issue was the time it took for hot water to come through, especially with the rain shower. The shopping centre attached has a good range of shops and LOTS of food places to try. I recommend this hotel and will definitely be using it again for next year's GP.

I had a lovely stay here and would stay again. My room was very comfortable and spacious with excellent housekeeping. The staff were warm and welcoming. The location is a little out of the way but a bus stop is within 10 minutes walk and the island bus service is excellent and cheap and easy to use with a credit card tap in/out system.

Perfect stay, travelled with 2 friends, the sofa bed was great, it was an actual single mattress. The room was spacious, spotless and well appointed, based on some reviews I was worried it would be a bit dated but it wasn’t at all. The hotel was near full our entire 6 night stay but never felt it. Service was exceptional, best I’ve ever experienced. If you’re there over the weekend the Vintage Champagne Sunday Brunch is not to be missed! Location is perfect. We were flying really late on our...

Superb from start to finish with genuine welcome and help with bags to room after long journey, excellent dinner, stunning infinity pool and steam room with gorgeous plantings throughout Whatever we asked for the staff could not have been more helpful

Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, excellent staff throughout the hotel, rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for several of the sites and activities we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again.
