"We loved it!"

"We chose the Royal Atlantis because of the reviews and proximity to things we wanted to do. Upgraded to an ocean view as well. I was a little disappointed with how uncomfortable the beds were and shocked the tub had large amounts of paint chipped off of it from previous repainting job. We ordered room service a few times. The second time the food was 2 hours late. Had to call operator to find out about it and there was no compensation; which was shocking, especially when they get an automatic 15% gratuity and convenience fee added. Ended up having a pair of my shoes come up missing as well. It was upsetting their cigarette stations were along paths of high traffic areas making it hard to breathe. If I had it to do again I would stay at the comfort suits and just have the free benefit of the Atlantis wrist band instead of staying there as I thought it was going to be immaculate."

"This property was a pleasant surprise. I booked for a girls trip and it was perfect. The pool is very large and I counted at least two hot tubs. All clean and nice. The area by the lap pool is beautiful and quiet with some really nice loungers. Our rooms were good. There were lots of activities on site. The food was excellent. There was always food available. The bar drinks were good and bartenders worked hard keeping everyone in drinks. I can say you could stay at the resort and have the best time. The only thing to consider is the beach is small and kind of made into a lagoon. With that being said I took a walk around and there were lots of fish so it’s nice. This property is all adult which is a plus. I would 100 percent book this property again"

"Had a great time with my family, excellent location for family with children's we enjoyed all the pools and water activities. We wished to have more access to outside resort and experience more the local culture. Overall it is a beautiful resort with a lots to do. Our room had a balcony with views of the resort and the ocean. Hotel staff was nice but seems a bit burnt out."
