"Great people, decent foods, but it’s not a 4*, maybe 2.5* The room is small, old and smelly even the hall way. Guest restrooms are so nasty…!! Cheaper than most for all inclusive. But could be a lot cheaper for the whole experience. "

Rim service was very bad two mornings. We ordered food and it never showed up waited over an hour. The hotel is very overpriced, and the staff is not efficient because they automatically include gratuity"
