Old style luxury with first class service. We were lucky to benefit from Expedia’s VIP privileges so had club lounge access and resort credit. Booked connecting rooms as family of 4 with 2 teenagers - the extra space and 2 bathrooms were great. Made use of outdoor swimming pool which was compact and single depth. 3 different breakfast options were offered including a semi-buffet Western cuisine, Japanese cuisine, and a continental option at the club lounge. The hotel had everything needed on site. The pool is not open in November. The room was large for Japan and it had everything we needed. We also used the parking by giving the licence to the front desk.

Everything was just perfect, thank you to all the staff for making our stay comfortable. Perfect for families. Cleans big rooms.

Sea view is amazing, staff are very helpful. We had a nice stay with our little baby here.

Good location, very nice sea view room with balcony. We were very pleased with the size of the room, the staff are friendly. Loads of different types of food for breakfast. The hotel is not new but very clean and tidy. Free parking and good speed WIFI. Completely satisfied. Highly recommended. Definitely will come back again for the next trip in Okinawa.

Large hotel 10-15min walk from the nearest monorail station. A little farther to the main shopping street, which might not suit some people although I think this is reflected in the price. The rooms were large for Japan and the hotel had an airy buffet style breakfast room, with enough variety to satisfy most needs.
