"Front desk staff was very helpful and personable, property was very clean and maintained, pools were very clean as was the deck areas Only negative was the ceiling a/c vents were dripping water on our heads"

"Great stay! Not too crowded and food was good. Only downfalls: finding luggage carts, packed elevators, and slow bar service at the tiki bar (it was super hot so they are forgiven). Would definitely come back."

"Loved the penthouse views and set up of the rooms and balconies. would do that again. Room cleanliness could be better and only received towels two of three days. No bed was ever made. Not sure if included. Trash was emptied every day. Hot tub had no aeration to speak of when timer started - no complaint filed. Front door was loose on hinges - mentioned - no complaint filed. Steps from beach were not maintained well. Partner stepped on one board and it tilted and she fell down the steps Sunday eve. Reported Monday morn and was ribboned off but never repaired by Wednesday. overall good for the price - could be a little better kept."

"The only thing was our second day the beach right indent of the hotel was scrapped and made huge ruts This made it hard for my husband and I to walk on the beach We were ther last year and never experienced tha. We brought a beach wagon for our chairs and towels which made it impossible for him and I to even wheel. Other people in the bar area saw this and came down and ask if we needed help Not sure if there is anything you can do but just want to mention"

"All staff members were very friendly, beginning with the rental office, sooooo friendly and ready to accommodate in all areas. The facility is clean and well maintained. We finally found a place to stay every year."
