This hotel is more like a resort. The rooms are the biggest in size across all 5 star hotels & resorts I have stayed at. At this price, this place is the best. For the 1st time I stayed in a hotel room with a private heated swimming pool. Awesome experience....!!! The service is also very fast & excellent food. This room had the best & the most effective airconditioning I have ever seen having stayed across several 5star properties in India. Overall experience was excellent.

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable.
Housekeeping staff do a great job in keeping the rooms clean.

The staff in this hotel care so much for the guests it's unreal. Having stayed in hotels the world over I can honestly say this is one of the top few and I would recommend staying here to family and friends, no questions asked. Our flight arrived slightly before the check-in time and we were accommodated, starting our stay. Housekeeping is second to none and the reception staff and room service are friendly and accommodative doing more than asked.

If you have more more money than sense and want to be obscenely pampered, then this is the place for you. If you want to spend a voyeuristic day looking at the opulence of the place and the at the over indulged guests, many of whom do not seem to have any idea how bizarre it all is, then this is the place for you. ...

The staff was very helpful,proffesional and polite.The young ladies and men at breakfast were very accomodating and cheerful.The live music was very relaxing and entertaining.
The breakfast however, lacked variety as fruit and Indian sweet dishes were very limited and repetative.
The rooms should have a full long mirror as without that it was difficult to wear a sari or long dresses.

stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in march.it is 5 star with great location and welcoming staff.very central location and near Nehru Metro station .nearby shops and in the mall food court. we were in executive room on the fifth floor which allowed us free breakfast,free wi fi in the room,free news paper and all day beverges and soft drink with sandwiches and cakes etc also from 18.30-20.30 free alchoholic drinks and hot nibbles.a great experiance
