Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday. We didn’t have very long in this hotel but we’re able to use the pool and one of the restaurant. Service was excellent, the property was impressive and the hotel was clean, the food was delicious.

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

This hotel is more like a resort. The rooms are the biggest in size across all 5 star hotels & resorts I have stayed at. At this price, this place is the best. For the 1st time I stayed in a hotel room with a private heated swimming pool. Awesome experience....!!! The service is also very fast & excellent food. This room had the best & the most effective airconditioning I have ever seen having stayed across several 5star properties in India. Overall experience was excellent.

Hotel staff greeted us nicely , rooms nice & tidy, next to hockey stadium. Easy for transport & close to main attractions

My time at the Excellency Zen Suites was very good. The staff were super friendly! The hotel is located a bit far from the city but I loved being surrounded by nature. They have a in room fully equipped kitchen which makes me surprised with this kind of unique and lovely room . They also provide food services in their hotel The food was also delicious. Would definitely come back.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . A special mention to the manager of the lounge , Amit sharma , and the staff for making me feel so welcome . A warm thank you !

Excellent facilities, very pleased with staff interaction.

Great hotel and so welcoming when you walk in. Only wish the gluten free offerings could be improved for breakfast. On a positive was great to have gluten free spaghetti for dinner one evening. Overall the stay was fantastic and very close to the airpor.

Breakfast was excellent, with great variety, fresh food and good presentation. Special thanks to Chef Ajit and the kitchen team. The rest of the staff were also courteous and attentive during my stay. One area to improve is the coffee lounge area. Service was slow, and I waited for almost 20Mins to even place the order.

Was great

One of the best property in Gurgaon, rooms are very luxurious and comfortable, staff was very supportive and most importantly property location is just near to Medanta Hospital. They have many engagement things in the property like TT table, gym, cafeteria and more. Highly recommended to everyone.
