Arrived on Friday 3rd November and greeted by excellent weather for the time of year and was greeted by Geoff the owner who was suprised to see who was arriving as we had previously visited and stayed at the bed and breakfast under a different name in August where my wife and I spent our honeymoon.
On both this and the other two times that we have had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast Geoff, Chris and their staff have always been very polite, extremely helpful with a good...

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Staff contacted me as I had anticipated a later arrival to advise about dining times whch was really helpful. Food was good. Could be a bit more options of gluten free at breakfast

Very happy we chose this hotel loved the boutique room and glad we ate in the restaurant as the food was outstanding, also worth taking the time to walk around the village as very pretty and well kept. Stayed here as close to Arundel castle which was also amazing.

Spent a fantastic couple of nights at A Room with a View for Valentine's weekend and we were both over the moon with our choice! From the moment you walk in it felt welcoming and cosy, yet had all the mod-cons and more. My husband loved the cooked breakfast (and the coffee machine!) and I felt very spoilt, being gluten free, with all sorts of specialist items for me to enjoy. The room was lovely with an amazing view from the roof terrace. The whole place was clean and very well looked after -...

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. The property itself is stunning (especially the pool and dining areas) and our room was the perfect size (get one facing the sea, so worth it).
Highly recommend the afternoon tea and continental breakfast (all fresh and...

Stayed for one night at the George in Rye. Right in the centre of town and convenient for browsing the local shops. Stayed in Room 3 which was absolutely gorgeous. The general décor of the hotel is beautiful and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Had our evening meal there - quite pricey but enjoyable with good service. Breakfast (included in room price) was equally enjoyable but no sign of any toast! I'm sure if we'd asked it would have been provided though. Only downside was no...

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and contactable at all times, the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, everything we needed was in the room.
There was plenty to choose from for breakfast whether hot or cold and all hot food was cooked to order.
I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay again.

First, explore the striking cliffs of the Seven Sisters, where you can hike along the South Downs Way and revel in the breathtaking coastal views. For families, a visit to the award-winning sandy shores of Bournemouth is a must, where children can build sandcastles while parents enjoy the beachside cafes. If you're seeking tranquillity, head to the charming village of Lymington, where you can take a leisurely stroll along the marina and indulge in fresh seafood at local eateries. Lastly, don’t miss the historic charm of Portsmouth, where you can explore the historic dockyard or relax on Southsea beach, which features a variety of beachfront activities.
