"The hotel felt dirty especially the carpets in the communal areas and bedrooms. Only 1 tiny lift was working that just about fit two people in. The bathroom in our room looked like certain parts of the shower needed a really good clean. The room wasn't serviced while we were there so no restock of toilet roll or no fresh towels etc. The pillows were not comfortable The main parts of the hotel like foyer, restaurant , bar seemed cleaner and better looked after. Dogs were welcome. Good location right on the beach, near the town and pier."

"Excellent modern hotel in an amazing location. Breakfast was great, in the wonderful setting of the hotel’s massive atrium. Helpful staff, good rooms."

"Beautiful room with lots of space as was the shower room. Both really clean and tidy. All the usual amenities, tea and coffee facilities. Also tins of water were given to us on arrival.There was a large widescreen tv on the wall. The room was overlooking the seafront and it being a lovely day it was great to stand out on the balcony to watch the world go by."

"A great stay. My first time at a Moxy and the room was almost perfect for my one night stay The only negative was the breakfast for me. I do love granola in the morning which even the basic hotels al have these days but not here, and most of the hot food was pretty cold"

"Stayed the 1 night had the Sunday Roast which was very good , good portions too except for a baby scoop of Ice Cream with the dessert! . Buffet breakfast was extremely good . Room was big and amazing bathroom ."

Bathroom shower nice and large easy to use shower especially for older people. Staff young and welcoming and helpful nothing too much trouble Enjoyed stay and only 5 mins from Brighton train station"

"Staff brilliant, room fit for purpose and clean, parking on site limited , ( always been lucky when we stay). Breakfast is absolutely fantastic a must have when staying. Easy walk through park to centre or via road, bus stops up a steep walkway for the able people or round road for others, ( I managed slop with a crutch) ."
