"The location and the pool were great! Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are kitschy, but definitely need to be updated and have a more welcoming feel. The air conditioner needs to be updated as well. I know Texas is hot, but for this price point we needed to stay a lot cooler. We had a good stay, but very pricey for what you get."

"All the staff were very polite and positive. There was a young maintenance guy walking the hall very cheerful and polite didn't catch his name, and a lady Chante at the front desk, You could tell she loved her job and was such a joy during check in. You don't find that so much with younger people these days. Over all the rooms and the hotel were very well maintained and clean and that will be my hotel of choice on my next work trip to Austin."
