The room wasn't overly large, but we were really only in it to sleep or get ready for dinner, so it was enough space. Having an included breakfast was an added bonus.There was maid service each day (we never actually saw them because we were always gone), but they never replaced our towels. "The hotel may not have stunning views overlooking the sea but it is in a very convenient location. The train station, the main square and the port are all within a 15 minute walk. The neighborhy is clean and pretty quiet, especially after 7 pm. The high traffic tourist area is about 2 blocks away, so you're far enough away to have some solitude but close enough to get to where everything is. "We had a lovely stay in Sorrento at Giacomino. Very comfortable room and excellent location without being too central in the noise. Host was really helpful and friendly and assisted us with printing out tickets. The only thing we were slightly confused about was breakfast. We were provided with good tea and coffee but as we were only given croissants the 1st morning, not sure if this was just a kind gesture or breakfast is provided. Would recommend staying. "

We had a small wait for check in as you can either let them know what time you are arriving or call them at the apartment and they will come to check you in.
