"Only bad thing was the in room coffee. It’s not the hotel’s fault but the fault of Best Western. It was marked Best western. Everything else was very good. I will definitely stay here next time I go through Kenosha."

"Pros: Location, Shuttle Service, Desk Staff (Jaime) Cons: Room odor, slamming doors The location of this hotel is an absolute gem. It’s incredibly close to everything you need—a Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Jewel-Osco, Starbucks, gas stations, Gurnee Mills, and Six Flags are all within seconds to 20 minutes away. Most importantly, the naval base is only about 12 minutes out. The facility and our room were clean overall, though the hallways and our room had a noticeably damp, tangy, smoky odor upon arrival. We bought an air freshener which took care of the issue. We also found a few stray hairs on the bedding, but Jaime at the front desk was awesome and promptly provided replacements. He was incredibly hospitable, as was most of the staff (with one exception at the front desk, Diane). Breakfast was okay, but the only major downside was the doors slamming throughout the night—and they slam loudly. The absolute highlight was the hotel shuttle service. It is well worth it! They arrived early (around 0600) and ran constantly. Because of their access, the shuttle bypassed all the heavy traffic leading up to the base gate and dropped us off right in front. Even though we had VIP seating with parking right behind the drill hall, taking the shuttle was still the better, stress-free choice. The hotel 100% served its purpose. It’s highly affordable, right off the highway if you want to see Chicago, and perfect if you are in town for graduation. You get good value for what you pay."

"Worst stay ever. 1. AC - did not work (it is old like form 90ties) did not keep temperature at the range. 2. There was no hot water at all! Cold icing shower at the morning. 3. Bedding is for cows, not for people! 1) Blanket from the material my grandma used to wipe cows before milking, terrible for the skin. 2) pillows were compressed and had, you could brake the neck on it. Impossible to sleep at all!!! Mattresses are hard and not comfortable at all. 4. Floors were not vacuumed! Pieces of dirt all over the place."

"My daughter and I stayed while visiting Rosalind Franklin University. We checked in around 8 pm and the lady at the desk seemed bothered by our late arrival. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, however our AC unit had to stay on constant fan in order for the room to stay cool. Breakfast was your typical hotel choices. It was good, but the pancake machine had to be refilled only an hour into service. It took awhile for someone to come and refill it. Overall our stay was great and these items aren't truly that big of a deal in the big picture."
