Staff was courteous. Front desk manager allowed us an extra hour to check out in am so we could swim. Pool room was so warm and water a perfect temperature!

Gordon Square Studio ~ 4 Mi to Downtown Cleveland!
Parking was easy and access to local restaurants / Shops was great. Also, easy access to the highway to downtown Cleveland. The host was great and there were easy instructions for access and using the Unit. The bed was HUGE and comfortable :)
