Parking is secure, just a pain. No onsite staff so if something does go wrong you’re out of luck texting with a bot. Building does have a sauna, and location is great as it is walking distance from the basketball and baseball arenas/stadiums. The site might as well be a hotel so that lack of a human touch it my reason to knock it down to 4 stars.

After a little challenge, checking in, (was 100% on me, but they handled it great) room was great. It is in an apartment condo building downtown Cleveland walking distance from the park from the theater District or from the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. Lots of nice restaurants around room was nice.

Check in process was a little confusing even with pictures as part of process to make it smoother. Could use a picture of the lid to access the tumbler numbers. The apartment itself was great with everything needed for a short or long term stay. The trash shoot was full when trying to get rid of extra trash before checking out. Others were putting garage in hallways (not a good look walking through the halls).

Die Anreise und das Einchecken waren etwas komplizierter als erwartet, was den ersten Eindruck ein wenig getrübt hat. Sobald man jedoch angekommen war, konnte die Unterkunft insgesamt überzeugen. Das Zimmer war gut und modern ausgestattet und machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Bett war für meinen persönlichen Geschmack leider etwas zu hart, wodurch der Schlaf nicht ganz optimal war. Außerdem hat das Rollo das Zimmer nicht besonders stark abgedunkelt, sodass es nachts relativ hell wurde. Trotz dieser kleinen Punkte handelt es sich insgesamt um eine schöne und moderne Unterkunft, in der man sich grundsätzlich wohlfühlen kann.

This place was very well located in a very nice and modern building. The on site parking and coffee were very convenient. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. I think it would make for a very good option for a long term stay. The only suggestion I have for the place is some curtains for the window. It’s a lovely large window but the blinds don’t keep enough sun out in the morning.

It were a clean and comfortable accommodations in a convenient location. I would recommend adding something in the shower to place your soap etc. on, and upgrading the towels and toilet paper. A blow dryer and iron or steamer would be nice as well.

The location and parking were difficult. Once I did locate the property (after banging on CityClub door down the street), then finding the keys, then finding the parking, then getting back to apartment, I was exhausted. I also didn’t realize that I needed to lock the door when leaving and left door unlocked (not hotel auto-locking) a couple days before I realized it. And the key doesn’t turn - odd. You stick it in the lock and punch in a code. Why have teeth in the key if it isn’t supposed to turn. Stood outside my door a few minutes till a neighbor saw me struggling and came over to show me how it worked. I guess I should be grateful she didn’t call the police. Once established patterns were learned, it was better.
