"First time staying at this Sandman location. Traveling with my partner and my 5lb Pomeranian. Lovely, accommodating staff. Nicely appointed rooms. I had booked into the Penthouse suite but was then informed that pets aren’t permitted in those suites and was downgraded to a king suite. I would recommend that this caveat be posted somewhere on the website to avoid other travellers with pets having the same disappointing reservation experience. Just a heads up for anyone planning on using the in-room laundry, it’s a one piece unit and takes 5 hours to wash and dry a load."
