Staff were amazing, apartments were huge and very modern, central location walkable to everything, would stay again

One of the best places that I've stayed. The apartment was lovely and well equiped. It has clearly been recently renovated to a very high standard. The location was great for getting out to explore Venice whilst feeling quiet and secluded at the same time. The canal view really adds to ilthe stay. My children loved watching and waving to the gondolas as they passed. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was our first trip to Venice and we can't wait to go back! The accommodation was perfect - comfortable, modern, spacious - and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. No view, in fact very little natural light, but a quiet haven in the midst of the market and just a stone's throw from the Grand Canal. Just lovely.

Venue is very central on the main island within walking distance of everything from the train station down to Ralto bridge and beyond. Outside appearance is a little worrying at first but the apartment is well appointed and cared for. The hosts contacted us ahead of arrival and even suggested a few places to eat and things to see that were a little more off the beaten track.

Very well appointed modern hotel suite within a beautiful old building that is ideally situated for San Marco & Realto. We had views over a canal & enjoyed watching the gondolas & other boats going past. Staff were very friendly & welcoming with very good english & the suite was serviced every day. We were treated with a bottle of wine on arrival & the night before departing & delicious croissants every morning, and bottled water was provided. The suite had a small kitchen area with fridge,...

The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful.

They resolved relatively quickly the issue that we had with the gas. Great location. Decent mattress. Air-conditioning working. Essentials in the kitchen. Not a proper view of the canal, the windows is for a neighbour and if you put your head out you can see the canal. Awesome stay, we hope to come back soon.

We stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment (one room with a double bed, one with a single bed) with air conditioning and canal views from both bedrooms and the living room. It was well equipped and we loved the location - close enough for St Marc's Square so that we could walk it without any trouble but far enough away to be less busy. Quick and friendly check in at the Hotel da Bruno, very helpful and efficient staff.

Stayed one night in San Teodoro palace in Aug 2016 in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment itself was superb (spacious, luxurious finish), the check in service was great. Location also excellent - 2 mins from Rialto Bridge and 10 mins from San Marco. Would highly recommend these apartments.

My boyfriend and I were initially nervous after reading some of the reviews, and when the host did not give us the address of the apartment (google maps doesn’t work very well in Venice so she insists on meeting and taking you there).
